Covoicer is an intelligent voice agent based on artificial intelligence, dedicated to business customer relations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The company offers three main services:

  1. Customer support:
  2. Your AI (voice or chatbot) integrates with your team and answers your customers' questions. It autonomously handles over 50% of requests and transfers complex requests to your teams.
  3. Appointments:
  4. Your AI (voice or chatbot) welcomes requests, synchronises them with your calendar, and sends automatic reminders to your clients to reduce the no-show rate.
  5. Call transfer:
  6. Your voice AI understands, processes, and redirects each request to the appropriate service. By analysing the caller's request, it summarises the essentials for the relevant service.

Please note that the appointment management service is currently under development and is therefore not yet available.

Yes. Covoicer understands, reasons, and responds in real-time thanks to AI technologies such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Covoicer supports French, Dutch, and English. It automatically detects the caller's language and responds in that language.

Yes. Covoicer operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You won't miss any calls, even outside your opening hours.

The business opens at 8am and closes at 5pm.

Absolutely. You can customise:

  • The name of your AI.
  • The tone and voice of the agent.
  • The responses, tailored to your business.
  • The transfer rules (timings, forwarding numbers, emails, SMS, waiting times, etc.).

The call can be recorded if you wish in order to improve our services. If this is the case, your data will not be sold.
